For clients/patients:  

Individual therapy:  One-on-one talk therapy via telehealth (video or phone)

Couples/family therapy :  Therapy with two or more family members (focus on  the relationship/family system)  

Group therapy :   Process-oriented or psychoeducational group with 4-10 individuals 

Supervision/Consultation :  Individual meetings for mental health or medical professionals, or  

          psycho-educational presentations for mental health or medical facilities, educators, or businesses

Please note that Dr. LaLonde does not offer services for forensic/legal or ongoing litigation purposes.
